Award: Chidananda Dasgupta Memorial Award for the Best Film Criticism (Cash Award for Rs.5,000/-)
Entry Fee: NIL
Deadline: 31st October 2020.
Eligibility: Any person up to the age of 35 years living in India can take part in the competition.
Embargo: No member of Fipresci-India or their family member is eligible to participate.
Limitation: One contestant can submit only one entry.
Deliverable: Criticism on any Indian feature film of any language made or released in any theater/ festival/ OTT Platform in 2018-20.
Language: Criticism should be written either in English or in any Indian language with English translation (Translator's full name, mobile no. and e-mail id are must but s/he will not be treated as the contestant).
Word Limit: Minimum 1000 - Maximum 1500.
Format: Only Soft Copy typed in PDF file format.
Self Declaration: At the bottom of the write up there must be a self declaration confirming that the original article is written by the Contestant, it is free from any plagiarism and is not published anywhere.
Information: Below the self declaration, Full Name, DOB, Address, E-Mail ID and Mobile No. of the Contestant should be written.
Judgment: Fipresci-India will set up a Jury for the evaluation and their decision will be final.
